Common questions
Before you get started.
Do I need electric vehicles now?
No. The platform supports diesel, mixed and electric fleets. Road to Zero starts with understanding your existing operation; it does not require a vehicle purchase.
What happens after the free year?
Your free term ends on the date shown in your workspace. It does not automatically become a paid subscription. Existing records and deliveries remain available, while adding jobs, vehicles or staff is paused unless you arrange a subsequent subscription.
Can I combine different business activities?
Yes, you can discuss a mix of Courier & Freight, Removals, Local Wholesale and Distribution. We’ll confirm which modules suit the work, who can use them and what your agreement includes. See the five business profiles.
Does choosing a module change my plan?
Module selection, available subscription access, capacity and team permissions are separate choices. Your owner or administrator can adjust workspace settings; any paid change requires the agreed subscription process. Existing jobs, accepted records and the workflow versions attached to work already started are preserved.
Can I adapt the way my office works?
Ask for a walkthrough of custom office workflows with reviewed steps, questions and approvals. Owners and administrators publish revisions for future work, while existing runs keep their original version. Any external notifications require an agreed sending connection.
Can orders come from my existing system?
Ask about Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom order connection. We confirm the actual provider, account authority, mapping and a confirmed order and delivery outcome before use. Your existing stock and accounts responsibilities are agreed during setup.
Can I keep my current courier contracts?
Yes. Your contracts and customer relationships stay yours. We agree which authorised data sources and workflows your setup supports. A courier’s logo or name does not mean its systems are connected.
Are scanners and charging included?
No. Hardware, mobile data, charging and third-party provider fees are separate unless your written agreement expressly includes them. We can discuss suitable devices and connection requirements.
Can support access my workspace?
You can approve scoped, time-limited assistance. Support staff use their own accounts, and sensitive changes require your approval.
