A clear agreement from day one.

- Who can request it. A verified Australian operator business, through its workspace owner, with a valid ABN and an interest in exploring fleet transition. One approved offer per operator business/ABN. ZeroEmi reviews eligibility before activation.
- What is free. The Operations portal subscription for 12 calendar months from approved activation. Your start date, end date and agreed staff, vehicle and job capacity are recorded in the portal. Module inclusion is agreed before activation; selecting a business profile does not add every module to the offer.
- What happens first. Creating an account or submitting a request does not activate the free term. ZeroEmi confirms eligibility and access before the term begins.
- Separate costs. Vehicles, scanners and other hardware, mobile data, electricity, charging, third-party service charges and bespoke integrations are excluded unless expressly included in a separate written agreement.
- No purchase obligation. You do not need to buy an electric vehicle, arrange finance or commit to charging services. Transition estimates are planning scenarios and do not guarantee savings, funding, vehicle suitability or charging availability.
- After 12 months. There is no automatic paid renewal. Existing records and deliveries remain available. Adding jobs, vehicles or staff is paused unless you agree a subsequent subscription.
- Your information. Your workspace is private. Access follows your team permissions and the privacy notice. No customer permission or data-sharing consent is implied by taking the offer.
- Your service agreement. Platform use is subject to the portal terms. Any paid services require a separate agreement before charging.
